NOTE: The number following each title below (which is the same number that follows the corresponding dialogue) is the Flesch‐Kincaid Grade Level. See Flesch‐Kincaid or FREE Readability Formulas, or Readability‐Grader, or Readability‐Score. These grade levels are not "true" grade levels, because the dialogues are not in "true" paragraph form (because of the A: and B: format). However, the grade levels are true in the sense that they are truly relative to one another.

A: The low 16K of RAM is damaged. The Spectrum uses that for screen memory and system variables. You must replace the lower RAM chips (usually 4116 or 4416) before any software will run.
