Inside the STBL, you create new entries. You cannot duplicate existing Hash IDs. Use a tool like "Hash Generator" (built into S4S) to generate a unique 64-bit hash for your custom string.

In the Warehouse tab, click "Add" → "Add STBL." You should add one STBL for every language you want to support. At minimum, add STBL:0x01 (English). sims 4 language strings

Use Sims 4 Studio to create a new standalone mod (e.g., My_NightOwl_Trait.package ). Inside the STBL, you create new entries
