The rarest and most valuable growth type. The player barely grows until age 27. Then, from 28 to 34, they experience a bizarre "second youth" where stats rise in strange areas (like stamina and mental strength). They often play well into their 40s in Master League.

These players rise incredibly fast. From ages 16 to 21, their stats skyrocket. By age 23, they hit their absolute peak. However, the drop is just as dramatic. By age 26-27, they begin a steep decline, and by 30, they are often shadows of their former selves. pes 2013 growth type

Goalkeepers are fundamentally different. They improve slowly from 18 to 25, then steadily from 26 to 31. Their peak is incredibly late – 32 to 35 – and their decline is almost non-existent until age 39. The rarest and most valuable growth type

These players are frustrating as youngsters. Between 18 and 23, they show little to no growth. You might think they are useless. But around age 25, something clicks. They rise steadily, hit their peak at 29 to 33 , and can maintain that level until age 36-37. They often play well into their 40s in Master League

By memorizing these six curves—Early, Standard, Late, Early/Constant, Late/Constant, and Goalkeeper—you stop playing the game on a match-by-match basis and start building dynasties. The next time you sign a 17-year-old from the youth team, don't just look at his current rating; look at his future. Is he a shooting star that burns bright and dies, or a slow-burning ember that will warm your trophy cabinet for a decade?
