You reboot, expecting the fresh "Welcome" screen. Instead, you hit a wall: "This device was reset. To continue, sign in with a Google Account that was previously synced on this device."
Go back to the "Welcome" screen. Press and hold both volume buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. You will hear a voice: "TalkBack is on."
This is Factory Reset Protection (FRP). It’s a brilliant anti-theft feature, but a nightmare if you’ve legitimately forgotten the previous Google credentials. For the OnePlus Nord (model AC2003), bypassing FRP requires precision. Many online methods fail, leading to soft bricks or endless loops.
Search for "Add Account" or directly download an Activity Launcher APK from a trusted mirror (e.g., APKMirror). Install it.
Copy the APK to the root of your USB flash drive.
