In previous titles, you had to kill the body. Now, you must kill the idea. In OE4, enemies drop "Scraps of Lore." But unlike other games where lore is a reward, here it is a liability . If you read a lore scrap, you are "burdened" by that memory. To fully obliterate a faction, you must find their "Acropolis Archive" and delete the memory of their civilization entirely.
If you press it, your save file is not just deleted. The game uninstalls a random piece of itself from your hard drive.
