Type the VIN in the top red bar. Alternatively, use the “Model Picker” which now has pictures of cars instead of codes (e.g., “XFB” is now simply “Clio V”).

Go to https://dialogys.renault.com . Bookmark it. Enter your credentials. If you are a legacy user, use the “Migrate my account” button. Do not try to reuse old DVD keys.
