Place a piston circuit on the 32x32 platform that pushes a block every 5 seconds to knock Endermen into the hole. Alternatively: Build a water stream (but Endermen teleport from water, so use Pistons or a moving floor).

In the center of the 32x32 platform, dig a 2x2 hole. Drop down 44 blocks (This brings Endermen to 1 heart). At the bottom, put a 2x2 room with a 1 block high entrance (so you can hit their legs). minecraft 1.7.10 xp farm

In 1.7.10, Endermites are glitchy. Do not use them. Just rely on line-of-sight. Place a piston circuit on the 32x32 platform
