Print the design (with cut line and registration marks) onto your vinyl using a regular inkjet/laser printer. The license for eCut is not free

Load the printed sheet into your vinyl cutter. In eCut, select eCut > Cut > Read Marks . The plugin will use your cutter’s camera or manual alignment to find the registration marks. Finally, click "Send to Cutter."
