Very few of these are true ISOs. Most are .img files for balenaEtcher or Rufus . If a file claims to be a Windows-installable ISO for Android TV, it is 99% a virus. Go buy a Raspberry Pi 5 and compile LineageOS 20 (Android 13) for it. Avoid random "hot" ISO files from forum posts that haven't been updated since 2022.
